*$900 of the payment is non-refundable. The remainder of your payment is only refundable up to 60 days before the retreat. We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness, which may occur during the retreat or traveling to or from the retreat. All students are strongly recommended to have their own travel insurance so you can receive full reimbursement of your deposit, remaining balance and/or additional expenses in case of illness, injury, flight delays or cancellations of other unforeseeable events that may cause you to cancel or miss any portion of the retreat. We reserve the right to make any changes to our program.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What airport should I fly into?

    We recommend you fly into the Cancun International Airport. It is about 1 hour from the resort. Transportation from the airport will be provided by Palmaia Resort.

  • Can I share a room with… a friend/spouse/family?

    You are welcome to share a room with others. If they are not attending the retreat you will need to pay their resort fee using our group rate and they will not be permitted to attend any of our Retreat activities. Though there will be ample downtime for you to enjoy the resort with your guest(s). Please contact us at Retreats@SarahBethYoga.com to inquire about exact rates for additional guests, family suites, max capacity per room etc.

    If you are sharing a room with another retreat guest please let us know by emailing Retreats@SarahBethYoga.comand let us know if you would prefer a King or Double Queen accommodation. There is no discount for sharing a room as this is an all-inclusive resort and pricing is per guest.

  • Can children go? 

    The retreat is limited to adults 18+ to honor the serene, spa environment. We recommend that you use this getaway as an opportunity to fill your cup. If you do wish to bring your children with you to Palmaia, the resort is very accomodating for families. They offer day care for children ages 3 & up/ Please keep in mind since this is an all inclusive resort, you will need to contact Palamia directly to see what the extra charge would be to add on extra family members to your reservation.

  • What transportation is included in the price?

    VIP Airport Transportation (roundtrip) to and from the Cancun International Airport on your resort arrival and departure days is included in the total price and must be arranged directly through the resort.

  • What dietary preferences can be accommodated?

    This is an all-inclusive, plant-based wellness resort that easily accommodates all dietary preferences. Meat, seafood, dairy and eggs are also available. Please ask your NoMadic Guide or waitstaff for any questions.

  • Do I need a passport or visa to visit Mexico?

    You will need a valid passport, which has an expiry date of not less than 6 months from your travel date. If passport is to expire less than 6 months after retreat, it will not be accepted as a form of entry into Mexico.

    You should not need a visa to visit Mexico.

  • How can I cancel?

  • Do you offer refunds? 

    We require a 50% deposit upon registering, $900 of which is non-refundable. Payment is due in full 60 days prior to the retreat. NO refunds are offered within 60 days of the Retreat, regardless of circumstances. We recommend you acquire travel insurance to reimburse any losses due to unforseen circumstances.

  • I have a medical condition / injured / postpartum / pregnant, can I go?

    Yes! Please email us at Retreats@SarahBethYoga.com to let us know so we can accommodate.

  • What time do we start on the first day?

    To make your first day as stress-free as possible you are welcome to arrive anytime, although hotel check in begins at 3pm, with an optional welcome dinner for retreat guests at 5:30pm that evening. In case you experience travel delays we encourage you to eat at any of the restaurants (all-inclusive) or order from the 24/7 room service menu and have a relaxing evening as you settle into your room. Our main programming will begin with a Welcome Ceremony with Sarah Beth at 8am on Day 2, Sunday February 16th.
