8 WEEK TRAUMA HEALING YOGA CALENDAR

This is a journey that will help you process and heal unresolved trauma within the safe space of your yoga practice.

Each week of this calendar is aligned specifically to help you work through your trauma healing journey. I've paired each week with a chapter(s) of the book I just published called Trauma Alchemy: Transform your Hardships, Stress & Trauma into your Best Life Through Yoga.

Use the week of yoga practices to process and practice what you've read in that week's chapter. If you don't have the book you can process based on the lessons from that week's specific Trauma Healing video outlined in yellow on the calendar.

Your yoga mat is your safe space to process and heal. Take your time. You can repeat weeks, skip days, rest in savasana for entire practices, and modify as much as you'd like. The strongest yogis listen to their body's and modify.

Our daily practice will average 10 minutes a day. You're more than welcome to add on any other practices if you prefer a longer yoga session. The key here is to use your yoga sessions as an opportunity to process the lessons from that week's chapter or first video.

This isn't about the poses or the intensity of your exercise, the real work here is your inner work and growth.

As a wife, mother of two boys, and business owner, I understand how crazy life can be! That's why I started creating yoga videos online -- to help anyone re-center through the practice of yoga anytime, anywhere.

With my background as a chiropractic assistant, functional movement is intertwined into all of my sequences. I've also had an autoimmune disease called Ulcerative Colitis for most of my life -- making stress and anxiety relief with mindfulness, breathing exercises, and body awareness a top priority of my videos.
