Hey yogis!

I'm thrilled to kick off our 7 day Beginner Yoga Challenge with you. Whether you're completely new to yoga or just looking to get back into it, you're in the right place. Today, we're starting with a gentle 10 minute stretch that's perfect for absolute beginners.

As you might already know, my teaching style is all about keeping things simple and direct. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience. That's why I've designed this challenge to be beginner friendly and easy to follow along.

Let's talk about why stretching is so important, especially for beginners. A good stretch can help improve your flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and even boost your circulation. It's a fantastic way to wake up your body and mind, preparing you for whatever the day might bring. Plus, it's a great introduction to how yoga can make you feel more connected to your body.

In today's video, we'll focus on some basic yoga stretches that target major muscle groups. You can expect gentle movements that will help you become more aware of your body and breath. We'll take things slow, giving you plenty of time to settle into each pose and really feel the stretch.
